Very poor flowers and customer service

I have ordered several bouquets from this company. Unfortunately and infuriatingly the last two have been a disaster. One order was delivered 3 times as each time the flowers were of poor quality. Not only that but the recipient, who had not wanted to let me know, had no response to email or phone calls. It took a bad review on Twitter to get a response, even though this still resulted in poor flowers. I was never informed by the company they had had an issue. I emailed them in regard to the order and have received no response.I’ve now been informed that a bouquet I had ordered for someone’s birthday tomorrow cannot be delivered. This has left me with no means of making other arrangements. It is apparently due to poor blooms! I cannot believe they do not have flowers, even if they are of a higher value than I ordered, that they could have used to fulfill the delivery.I don’t know why the service has deteriorated so much, but it most certainly has. I note someone writing excellent customer service. Certainly not what I have found.

Honestly was quite disappointed.

Honestly was quite disappointed.Delivery was fast and free which was excellent.The flowers had beautiful colours, however the box was stupidly small, and as the roses had opened inside the box with no space to open half ended with flat sides and were wilting within 3 days.I won't be shopping from them again. Also since the purchase I get almost daily spam emails from them which is extremely annoying.If you want great roses, shop elsewhere

blooms didn't blossom as expected

Great when I needed assistance by phone and definitely ethical company. The gift package was of all earth-friendly materials, yet still easy to unpack and clear away. I rate my first experience as great, not excellent, because of the flowers themselves. Mum was very pleased with the candle and hand lotion. Great that they were vegetarian and cruelty free, yet the fragrance of both was almost too strong. It may have affected the flowers, as she placed them all in 1 spot together. We looked forward to seeing her Lisianthus bouquet open up in her favourite colour - purple - as most of the blooms were still green buds on delivery day. Several of the stems wilted in the first week, without new buds opening. Less than half of the bouquet blossomed open.

Several of the flowers arrived damaged…

Several of the flowers arrived damaged with the heads fallen off. The remaining flowers only lasted 5 days. I was offered a 25% discount for the damaged flowers. It felt like I had wasted my money.

Th phone service poor, flowers good.

Th phone service was very poor but the flowers excellent as usual. My regular log in details were rejected by their system????? I finally received a phone call late afternoon but by then I short circuited their system by opening another account using my 2nd. e.mail address.

No reply to emails or telephone calls about a missing bouquet

Had a subscription for a few months and they were lovely but then ordered a bouquet for my Mum's birthday and nothing has arrived, taken the money but no flowers and no reply to my e-mails or telephone calls. Cancelling my subscription and will not be recommending this company to anyone as I have in the past. Such a shame
